Downtown PDL

We had everything we needed and much more.. the apartment was spacious, clean and very central with free parking less than 5min walking.. the hosts left us some small traits for breakfast which we weren't expecting, and there was all kind of kitchenware/cutlery to cook with. We also had detergent for the washing machine. All the little things that make a huge difference at the end.

Kitchen with pots, pans, cutlery, complementary fruits orange and milk. Ice tray in the fridge these wete nice touches. It was in a popular area but was still quiet at night . Amazing AC unit and washer.

Everything was great. Can get a little loud with pizza place across the street. Being on the 3rd level helped.

The location of the apartment is excellent, close to the city center. The apartment is nicely designed, clean and everything was working. We enjoyed the deck, especially in the morning, it was nice to eat our breakfast there.

The apartment is on the ground floor and is extremely noisy, which completely spoiled our stay there. The apartment is located across a very narrow street from a noisy pizza restaurant/bar. Every night, dozens of people were standing in front of our living room window, drinking, and yelling. This was in addition to loud music coming out of the restaurant’s open doors and windows. On weekdays, the restaurant is supposed to close at 11 pm but it has often been open past midnight and people stuck around after it closed because of outside seating. Friday and Saturday were the worse with more than 50 noisy people standing and often screaming in front of our window, many of them past 2 a.m. Our son was supposed to sleep in the living room on a sofa, but it was simply impossible to sleep there because of this loud noise and we had to move him on the floor in the bedroom on the first night of our stay. The second window in the bedroom faces the deck. Unfortunately, just below the deck, there is a different bar with outdoor tables in an adjacent building, which was also noisy, when people were sitting there at night. Saturday night was worse. In other words, there is no escaping loud noise at night in this apartment. If you rent this place, expect to be woken up frequently every night and unable to sleep at all on Fridays and Saturdays before 2 – 3 am. We regret staying there and certainly do not recommend this accommodation unless loud noise at every night does not bother you.

Excellent location, easy to walk to the downtown area. Very spacious with two bathrooms, a big living area, a dining area, a kitchen, and a laundry room. Highly recommend if traveling with a family or group.
