Downtown PDL

Excellent location, great breakfast, fruit and coffee. Everyone we met was very pleasant and professional. I had not paid attention to needing the code to get in, however, Sara was there and helped up. It was an amazing experience and I will definitely recommend this place to friends and will use it again for myself.

I would have liked to have access to the washer and dryer on the premises. Having travelled with little kids it would have been very convenient.

The location is ideal and the apartment is spacious. The host was always responsive when we contacted them. Checking in was easy and it was nice that a few food items were left for us.

Everything for us was fine we had no issues

Very central and modern

The apartment is in the old town of the city, so there is many one way roads. Parking is free but it's a bit far from apartment, but we did not see that as a problem. In the aparment was left information about lauderette, though.

There is no washing machine and iron.

location was great, very roomy and perfect for a larger group 4-6 px the hosts left welcome food which was lovely

central location meant it was slightly noisy but nothing terrible

Cleanliness, location, comfort and size of the apartment were great. We even got some treats and basic amenities like milk, juice and water waiting for us. Sara the owner was very forthcoming and easy to contact and very welcoming. We had some special requests which were promptly met and solved.

At night on Thursday, Friday and Saturday the street was a little noisy, nothing out of the extraordinary. We also failed to turn on heating in living room, but that might have been our ignorance with aircon (in the rooms it worked)

everything was perfect the location was right in the centre of Ponta Delgada , 3 minutes walking from everything Mrs Nascimento was very good and friendly

Amazing location, clean and all the basics covered. We were welcomed with some fruit, local bread and coffee so we could make a our first breakfast. Amazing as we arrived really late. Communication with Sara was really good.

If anything has to be said, some more utensils and glasses ect in the kitchen. But this is a very small comment, our stay was perfect!
