Nice host

The bar downstairs is extremely loud and they seem to be partying all night, making it difficult to sleep.

Apartamento é tal como nas fotos, super limpo, com estacionamento e todas as comodidades necessárias. O check in foi fácil e a D.Goretti foi sempre prestável. A vista era bonita.

Barulho constante até tarde e de manhã desde super cedo por parte do café que fica por baixo do alojamento. Não há isolamento do som, ouvia-se tudo do café e até os hóspedes do outro alojamento, o que torna o descanso complicado. Mau cheiro vindo dos móveis por baixo do lava-loiça quando se abria os móveis.

Lage nahe bei Sete Cidades, ruhiger Ort, eigener Parkplatz. Grosses Appartment mit allem, was man braucht inkl. Waschmaschine und Trockner. Freundlicher Besitzer, der immer direkt ansprechbar und hilfsbereit war.

Die Schlafzimmer liegen oberhalb eines Cafés/Bar, so dass man etwas von den Gesprächen dort hört. Zur Schlafenszeit ab 22:00 Uhr ist es aber ruhig, so dass es nicht weiter stört.

The apartment was functional and spacious. It looked nice and was close to the centre of the town. The shower was good and the kitchen was well-stacked in terms of appliances and utensils. Although it is yet another place that doesn't provide cooking oil, which is always inconvenient when you've paid for a full kitchen to potentially cook in. A guest should never be expected to buy a bottle of oil to use once or twice in a pan, in my opinion.

I had the same problem so many others had - the bar downstairs. On my first night, the noise continued until 2 am and started again at 6 am. The second night it was until midnight and started again at 6 or 7 am. On the third night, midnight again. The noise was so bad that I just took the double mattress out of bedroom and put it in the living room. It wasn't that bad in that room. Sure, there's a sofa bed I could've used but I didn't pay money to sleep on a sofa bed when a mattress is available. Also, guests can be heard through the walls in the attached apartment. The only other little issue I had was with little bugs around the apartment. They're walking on the walls beside the doors, on the kitchen table and on the counter tops. Perhaps it's normal for the area, I don't know, but I think some kind of pest-removal is needed there. I would stay there again if I need to stay in the village but I already know there's no way I could use the bedrooms. Due to that, the price would be too high for me. I understand that this is an unfortunate situation for the host, who likely can't control the noise much, but regardless, it would be disingenuous of me if I didn't let potential future guests know what to expect.

The BAR is right under sleeping rooms so if U want to sleep early, use earplugs.... I time it was open and loud until midnight. But appartment has no problem...
