Very spacious living area. Good size master bedroom. Nice views out over the bay. Nice pool area. Excellent communication. I would return.

Toilet in master bedroom very small. Completely see through glass door Into the loo. Little by way of privacy. To be fair, I stayed at 5 different places 3 of them had open plan bathrooms.

We didn’t have a very enjoyable stay. The part that was most distressing was that the elevator door doesn’t lock, so any guest with access to the elevator can enter our floor. We felt unsafe, and ended up locking ourselves in the bedroom every night. I was also upset to find that after the cleaner finished cleaning, she didn’t lock the door we left open for her. On the last night, we had a very scary incident where our stereo started blasting music at full volume all on its own. It was so unbelievable that I had to video record it and send it to the hostess, whose advice was to just unplug it. But the fact that “someone” had access to our sound system just made us feel even more uneasy. We also got stuck in the elevator due to a missing screw on the door latch on our floor. Again, we took photos and sent that to the hostess. Finding cockroaches and insects in the kitchen and cupboards also took away from the “luxury” experience. The pool-deck’s cleanliness was also disappointing. The pool had too many insects in it, and the jacuzzi water had a dirty brown buildup of some kind. We also couldn’t connect to WiFi on the pool deck. All in all, we didn’t have an enjoyable time despite its good reviews.

I booked this apartment for my wife's birthday and it exceeded all expectations. The view from the Penthouse was breathtaking. We have made our next booking for March and will go back every opportunity we get. The swimming pool is clean and the jacuzzi is so much fun.
