La literie et l’emplacement.

Personne n’était présent pour nous accueillir contrairement à ce qui était annoncé. Je n’ai pas été informée des modalités d’accès au logement. Faute d’itinérance de mon réseau téléphonique, je n’ai pas été informée par le gérant des modalités d’accès au logement à l’heure prévue . Il a fallu franchir une clôture pour trouver une boite à clef dans le jardin et PAR HASARD trouver le code. Contacté par téléphone le gérant me disait « whatsapp » mais je n’avais aucun message. Bref nous avons failli dormir dehors. Concernant le logement, il est mal entretenu : le store cassé et effondré sur le balcon, manque la clé desWC, gênant quand on est en groupe, plusieurs sièges en très mauvais état, 3 petites cuillères seulement pour un logement prévu pour 8 personnes ! L’électroménager est aussi usagé…
