The Annex - Guest Gardens

Very nicely located property in New Bradwell. Ideal for visiting family in the area. The accomodation was perfect little home away from home with everything needed tomato the stay nice and comfortable, there was even the added bonus of some nice local treats.

For me and this is personal the mattress was too soft but that again is solely a personal preference.

It was a self catering property but lots of thoughtful extras such as fresh milk and fruit are provided. The flat is spacious and quiet. All necessary equipment is there so our stay went very well and we were able to relax in between various activities.

Minor point is we found the mattress a bit uncomfortable. However, it would not put us off another short break in the flat.

Door on bedroom was opened partially and couldn’t close - however not a massive issue as it was still locked so didn’t need to contact owner

Bed has had it !! A bit run down, if they done it up a bit & new mattress, would rate at 9.

This apartment was designed to allow guests to feel right at home from the outset. It was a pleasure to see such attention to detail and care showed by having breakfast and snack options as well as toiletries. I liked that off-street parking was available. All instructions for seamless check-in, as well as guidelines left via little notes, helped to guide expectations of the host.

It took several attempts to lock the apartment. The key was not working properly. The style of written communication from the host, though concise, was experienced as quite firm. This may be off-putting to some guests.
