Fabio Apartments San Gimignano

Great location in heart of village. so much space and such an Italian feel to the place. we loved it! Massimo was amazing and such first class service from meeting us at the gate when we arrived by car to making our dinner reservation at the best restaurant.

Bed was very uncomfortable. we also experienced a five hour black out in the whole village from dinner to the middle of the night. consider flashlight or candles in one of the drawers just in case. we made the best of it all!! Tuc crackers and red wine.

The location, beauty of the garden and well-being. what a wonderful space.

central location excellent. meant we could see the city early morning by ourselves before the tour buses arrived.

Well kept, modernised apartment only 50 yards from the busy heart of San Gimignano - Pizza della Cisterna and the Duomo. Yet secluded and peaceful. But the real star is Massimo who could not have been more helpful - helping us to get our car through the narrow streets to unload, helping with bags, providing garage space ( small charge but secure and less than the public parking, and providing suggestions for things to see and places to eat. Surely a model of what a host should be.

Massimo helped with parking and luggage. We received very valuable information from him about the area, restaurants, parking and excursions. Accommodation is located right next to the main square. Very well equipped kitchen.

Massimo and Sarah are wonderful hosts that helped us to with their private car to get the luggage from the car garage to the apartment in the center. The garage is very big, it’s possible to park a large SUV or long limousine. Our dog was very welcome and they gave us great restaurant and museum recommendations. The apartment is modern, spacious and it comes with a beautiful terrace with garden view. The apartment is just 20 steps away from the main square, but very quiet in a small side passage.

Great accomodation in beautifull location just few meters fron Fountain square and even better host Massimo who personally took care for everithing, make our stay pleasant.
