Beautiful apartment! It is right in the heart of San Gimignano, the location couldn’t be better. It is very spacious, the kitchen was perfect for making small meals, and it was really nice to have a washer to us mid-trip. We highly recommend staying here!

Our stay at Fabio Apartments was exceptional. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and with beautiful character. It was a privilege to feel like a local in the heart of a historical centre - we loved that just outside our doors, we could access the sights, shops and dining. Massimo was the perfect host. He was so kind and helpful with many tips to make the most of our stay. His recommendations on the surrounding towns were so good, including where to park. We look forward to staying here again!
