We loved everything about our stay here! Everything was catered for and it was so cosy and comfortable. We had a delay with our transport from Florence so Massimo drove all the way to Poggibonsi to pick us up so we then didn’t have to catch another bus. He was so kind. The location of the apartment is amazing and you feel like you’re living as a local. It was a wonderful few days in this beautiful town.

Above all The Bedroom and bed and shower

Maybe the only thing missing would be dishwasher and the floor upstairs was beautiful but squekey floor

"Great little place in the centre of everything."

The property had everything you needed for a very comfortable stay. It was in the centre and a 10 minute walk from everything. Massimo was lovely and helpful in suggesting places of interest and where to eat.

"Fantastic stay in a great location"

The location and facilities were exceptional. Massimo was a fantastic host and could not have done more for us. From meeting us to escort us to the parking to showing us how to get to the apartment then delivering our suitcases. Right in the centre of San Gimignano.

It wasn’t an issue for us but some people who were less mobile may have difficulty with the number of stairs to reach the apartment.
