Palazzo Colombi

We loved our stay in this apartment. It offers an authentic Tuscan experience, housed in a charming, traditional building. Its location is perfect, allowing us to easily walk to various restaurants and enjoy the local scene. The kitchen was a highlight, with a truly fantastic view

Good to Know: The apartment is on the top floor, so be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs. While the location is great for walking to restaurants, it's a bit of a distance from the available tourist parking. It would have been a nice touch to find a bottle of cold water or a few coffee capsules for the morning, especially since there are no mini-markets close by.

This is a beautiful apartment in a historic building. Location is excellent. Close proximity to important sites but on a quiet street, so there is no disturbance from street noise. The view of the tuscan hills from the kitchen is beautiful! The host was very friendly, easy to access online and gave great restaurant recommendations.

The Air-conditioning is powerful, but only in the living rooms, not bedrooms. It worked for us as a family as we just slept with bedroom doors open. But people travelling with friends/colleagues may struggle. Maybe a fan in the bedrooms would help.

The apartment was exceptional. Modern facilities in an ancient building. Excellent cafes and restaurants within a short walk, with a wonderful wine shop virtually next door. The arrival instructions were comprehensive and very helpful.

The location was perfect and Giorgio's instructions for the stay in the apartment and for the parking were very helpful! He is very easy to communicate with and responds quickly.

We loved the size of the apartment. The seperate rooms was great. Air con was cold. The location was perfect. The bus route went straight past our apartment. The decor of the apartment was brilliant - our favourite! And the view from the kitchen window was out of a storybook. The owner was attentive and available with any questions - and very friendly.

Instructions for getting to the apartment and how to access the room key was very good. The apartment was extremely well fitted out with everything we would want for our stay. Location is excellent for easily getting to everywhere in the old town.

Parking is not very close to the apartment.

The apartment is very well appointed with creature comforts, easy to live in for a few days. The host was fabulous. After leaving we realized we had lost a satchel. He went out of his way to confirm we had left it in the apartment as we arranged to retrieve it. He didn't have to do anything about it, but did anyway. Thank you.

Laundry facilities across the hall in the attic were a bit scary, but we powered through it.
