Beautiful and quaintly decorated apartment. Clean and cozy space Can't recommend enough for its delightful atmosphere and comfort.

Excellent location in Montepulciano - close to sights and restaurants. Apartment was lovely - nicely decorated and very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. Spectacular views of the countryside. Giorgio sent excellent directions on how to reach the apartment, where to park and recommended restaurants.

Really, there was nothing we didn’t like. The only minor drawback was all our contacts with the owner were through email and we didn’t get to meet him personally. However, he works as a chef so we understood that he wasn’t available to meet. It had no bearing on our enjoyment of the place.

Loved the comfort of the apartment. Was able to relax and just find peace. Plus it was right there amongst the beauty of Montepulciano! If I had any questions about anything they were answered immediately by Giorgio the host. Absolutely perfect! ❤️🇮🇹

A very comfortable and homey apartment with everything to feel at home. We enjoyed the slightly bohemian touches and lots of books throughout. Great location for hanging out in Montepulciano and exploring the fabulous wine and good restaurants. We like the autonomy of one’s own apartment and working things out on our own. The owner left very helpful information and answered our queries promptly.

A small thing: I couldn’t make good coffee with the coffee makers and couldn’t find where the coffee was kept, so had to run to the store in the rain. A Nespresso machine would be nicely welcoming upon arrival & easier for mornings. The views everywhere are just gorgeous, but from this apartment one must be standing at the kitchen sink to enjoy, but for the price, that’s ok!

Perfect property with everything we could possible need. The bed was so comfortable and the best on our trip so far. we slept so well. Great location and amazing views. Our host gave us such good directions to get to the property and the nearby parking. Great laundry facilities. We loved this place and didn’t want to leave. Brilliant

The property is four flights of stairs up but that is good exercise after eating so well in town. I didn’t mind it but my knees weren’t so happy. 😀 It isn’t a negative as such and it is mentioned in the listing, just something to be aware of if you have any health issues. Would not put me off booking here again though.
