we got upgraded to a 2-bedroom apartment and I'd say the location wise is pretty good. easy accessible to the mall - chagee, 7eleven, etc was just next to the entrance loft. Ms wong is also responsive.

the apartment is a bit rundown. few improvements here and there could definitely made a better experience for all of us. the bed is a bit stiff but other than these, we enjoyed our time there.

Located above shopping centre. Apartment was large enough for our family of 6. Good facilities.

Traffic around the area can be bad.

Easy access to lobby, mall, parking area & swimming pool.

Balcony was dirty, a lot of cigarettes butts lying around. The common room doesn't have AC, standing fan is provided but still not cool enough especially in the noon. The master bedroom's door isn't lockable for privacy. Washing machine provided but no dryer, only drying rack.

On a attendu 2/3h dehors pour le check in malgré l’heure prévue. Le ménage n’était pas encore fini quand nous sommes entrés.

Location is definitely convenient for a family trip, all convenient shop and food is surrounding the stay. Highly recommend if anyone stay there. BONUS, have a good sunset view at the balcony.

the disadvantage is the car park, only limit to normal car include MPV, but VAN is too high and unable to enter the car park, have to park at the opposite building open car park.
