The property is generally clean and provides a comfortable living environment. The air-conditioning functions effectively and is sufficiently cold, which is especially appreciated in the local climate. Additionally, access to the swimming pool offers a convenient option for a quick and refreshing cooldown.

The metal gate door was difficult to open, and although two key cards were provided, only one was functional for access. This created unnecessary inconvenience and indicates a need for proper maintenance. There was also a leak from the hose connected to the water dispenser. This issue was not disclosed in advance and was only addressed after it was reported, which should have been handled more proactively. In addition, the toilet bowl in the washroom near the kitchen was loose and requires immediate maintenance, as it raises both comfort and safety concerns. Lastly, there were numerous warning notices placed throughout the apartment outlining what not to do. While house rules are understandable, the excessive number of reminders created an uncomfortable and restrictive environment when using the space. Overall, improvements are needed in maintenance, quality checks, and the overall guest experience.

I like how fast the owner and the size of the house. The location also quite good . They provide simple things for basic cooking which is nice. They provide wifi 😄 and detergent for laundry.

I dont like the couch, its keep on moving and stained while sitting on it. The TV also slightly spoiled which has lines when turned on. The stove also not functioning very well, only one side can be used. Some of the lights also broken. I also expected some grill oitside of the door and tbh the door is kind of scary bcause it felt unsafe. The knob was loose.
