Rather dirty, cockroaches in the bathroom, some devices/amenities falling apart. It definitely needs refurbishment. Only one key for 3 bedroom apartment.

Owner must replace coffee machine and oven ,they are too old and working with difficulties

The apartment has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, kitchen and living & Dining Room. It's pretty spacious and easy to find the parking spot. Absolutely great for the value. Supermarket, restaurants and Cafe are all within a minute. I had a comfortable four nights stay. Thanks Andre.

No recycle bins I could find.

The location of the apartment was ideal for my family (5 adults). There is a grocery store right across the street and several locations to eat all within walking distance. There was also ample street parking for our rental car. The washing machine was convenient to launder our clothes given the length of our stay. Even though there is no dryer, there are clothes lines setup on the balconies. We were able to hang clothes in the morning and they would be dry by the evening and vice-versa. The apartment is secure as a key is required to enter the building. The apartment was plenty spacious and we didn't feel like we were crowded at all. I plan to visit again in 2-3 years and would stay in this apartment again. Andre was very accommodating and responsive.

The apartment does not have air-conditioning but we were able to get breezes throughout the apartment by leaving windows / balconies open. We were aware there was no air-conditioning prior to booking. There is also a standing fan in the apartment.
