Seaforth Terrace

Our host Lebo was FANTASTIC👌 He was so friendly and helpful and on time. Our interaction with him was awesome. Well done, young man👌property beautifully situated and so comfortable

There was a dirty oven pan in oven which I think was just overlooked after last guests left maybe. A very mouldy smell in basement and also in bathroom and on toilet paper🥹

The place was magnificent.

The location is great, the staff is exceptionally friendly and the apartment is beautiful.

A water pipe or geyser burst ...in the cupboard of the main bedroom !!! Ankle height of water throughout the apartment !!!!!!!!! Arranged 2 small Hotel rooms .. for us to stay , which we didn't accept !!!

This was our 2nd or 3rd visit to Seaforth Terrace as a family, this time for 3 nights at start of Jan. Boitumelo and Promise were very friendly and accomodating. The place was clean and the gifts of white wine, chocolates and still water were lovely. We had a fun and relaxing time with the beaches and penguins within walking distance from the place. The little restaurants/cafes, ice cream parlours and coffee shops also within walking distance were used a lot. My wife HAD to have her coffee fix every morning. And a shopping centre and grocery store a short drive away. Bedroom and beds were comfortable with main bedroom having it's own en-suite with a shower and bath. Some beach towels were also provided which was convenient. A washing machine and dishwasher is also available. And a built in braai place is available on the decent size balcony, with a four seater table and sea views (which opens up via full stacking doors from the lounge). Being able to park in the secured underground parking onsite was a plus. Overall a great little family holiday. My 6 year old little girl was particularly thrilled and loved going for a swim in the on-premise pool and beaches.

No major complaints, overall we were very happy and loved our time at Seaforth Terrace. The main road is right next to the complex so you get a fair amount of traffic noise at night in the back room. But that can't be helped. And thicker block out curtains in the back 2nd bedroom might be nice for when sun starts shining through in early morning. Otherwise no complaints at all.

Just checked out after an 8 night stay. We loved the location of the property, very close to a couple of really nice calm beaches and a convenience store just beside property. Very good size property and lovely terrace. Easy check in and check out, nothing was a problem. Easy walk into Simons Town.

A fan/air conditioning would have been nice for the hotter evenings. Also blinds in the second bedroom would have been beneficial. This is only very small points though and did not affect our stay.
