Location & room was excellent. Jacqui was a wonderful and communicating host given there were utility works happening at the same time as our stay.

Mattress may have been lumpy/sagging on the right-hand side

"Like a retreat"

What was there not to like !!! Amazing accommodation with beautiful views. My husband and I needed a relaxing weekend away from the daily grind and I can't recommend this accommodation more highly. Beautiful decor, and quiet relaxing views. Lots of little places to cosy up with a book. We loved the peacefulness that we opted to use the pizza oven a rather than go out for an evening meal. Jacquie was so sweet and provide coals for fire, and even can organize a pizza basket for 2. She even lent us a couple of fleece blankets and so fairy lights. Was perfect!
