"Good location and well appointed property."

Excellent location for our needs and plenty of room. Good furnishings and equipment.

Whenever the upstairs neighbours moved around their apartment their floor was very squeaky and it made a lot of noise, especially at night. It did wake us up after going to sleep.

We had the ground floor apartments. It was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The hosts came back to us very quickly with answers to any questions. I would recommend Grundy's apartment.

A slight drip from Bath mixer tap caused a little puddle one day so we just repositioned the shower attachment. Not a problem.

It was within walking distance of three counties showground where we were exhibiting. Excellent facilities, very clean and warm.

No lock on bathroom, not good when you are sharing with friends.
