Location was good. Apartment was very clean and spacious.

The mattress wasn’t very comfortable in the back bedroom and there was quite a lot of sound coming through from the apartment above with creaking floors and nosy water pipes.

Good location.

Very uncomfortable bed in the front bedroom - got no sleep the entire stay. Street light beaming through the curtains in the front bedroom all night - got no sleep the entire stay, need blackout curtains. Apartment smelled of damp. Heating very poor and didn't keep the flat warm even at a high temperature. Very noisy annoying floorboards by the bathroom door. Shower over bath leaked water from its base all over the floor.

The apartment is absolutely beautiful, well decorated, comfortable and clean. It was the perfect place for us to spend a long weekend. The area is gorgeous and my husband had a wonderful time running on the hills whilst I cosied up in this lovely little bolthole.

"A great, quiet place to stay near Malvern Wells. Just 7 minutes drive from Malvern town centre."

Instructions were clear and we got the lockbox code before we arrived. The key lockbox was pretty easy to operate. We had no issue unlocking it and find the key. Beds, linens and towels were clean. The place is located up on the hill. Surrounding neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful. The nearest grocery store is just 9 minutes walk.

One set of keys wasn't quite enough for a big group of us though. Digital lock might be easier for us. Also, we found it a hard time to get the glassy door locked - either the lock wasn't functioning, or that 7 of us lacked the skill to do so?

"Great apartment but noise issue would put us off returning."

Really spacious and clean property, clear instructions from the hosts. Great location.

The noise from the people upstairs was unbearable. The noise of them moving around and banging started around 5.30am each morning of our stay and made it impossible to sleep (even with ear plugs). Think the hosts should consider some sort of additional sound proofing as seems to be consistent feedback from other reviews. Also a strong smell of damp on arrival (but the apartment was very clean).
