Grundy's Lane Apartments

The apartment is spacious, clean, very well appointed and in a great position to explore the area. The terrace gives gorgeous views down over the valley and having off road parking for one car is also a bonus.

My sister stayed in the double room accessed by a short set of stairs and the top step flexed quite a lot underfoot. There is also a small leak from the drain from the bath in the master bathroom leaving a puddle about a foot square whenever I showered. The apartment was very clean, apart from the oven that needed a deep clean.

Clean and well appointed. Great communication from the hosts beforehand. Exactly as pictures showed and a true reflection of the listing. Linen and towels of a good quality and plenty of them. Well equipped kitchen area with all that you would need. Pretty area with some very friendly locals. Amazing location for attending three counties Showground

Parking space was quite difficult to use but plenty of on street parking (but this was advised in advance)

Not much

There is no sound insulation in the property so you can hear every single movement, tv noise and voices from the three flats above. We stayed for 3 nights and didn’t get one good night sleep. All three bedrooms were impacted by the noise. The first night a machine was running in the flat above and was woken up at 1am to the door frame reverberating. We told the owners and asked to leave after the first night but they would not refund us anything. Parking also extremely tight if you have a SUV. There was a leak in the kitchen which went all over our food.

Excellent apartment, convenient for Three Counties showground where we were showing. We have stayed here for last 3 years. I just wish there was a lock on bathroom door!!!!

Lovely and cosy and clean! Our friends stayed in the apartment above us. It was just perfect.

We stayed in the 1st floor apartment. Its lovely, very homely. The balcony has some lovely views, a lovely summer spot.
