Very comfortable and cozy. The 3 bedrooms are perfect for a family. The kitchen is large and modern. Dedicated parking is located at the house. Great living room.

Good location near Malvern Hills

Staying at Grundy's Lane has left us with a financial loss of several hundred pounds. Ian and Vanessa do not care about guests. They are distant hosts who just want your money and then run; even when there are problems during your stay. You risk financial loss by renting this property if things go wrong like they did with us at Christmas. There are also various cleanliness and maintenance issues which need addressing. The oven tripped the fuse circuit half way through cooking Christmas dinner. The food ultimately went cold and was inedible because there was no alternative. Ian and Vanessa did not immediately respond. When they did, they did not know where the fuse box was and there were no appliance instructions in the property. We found the fuse box ourselves and turned the oven back on but clearly the fan oven had failed. There was no way of salvaging Christmas dinner; it was lost and the reason for staying - to host our family - was ruined. We told Ian and Vanessa but there was no sympathy at all and they offered nothing. Following Christmas Day we attempted to call Ian and Vanessa several times but they did not pick up. We messaged Ian and Vanessa several times but they replied hours later with vague words promising to call - they never did. They were clearly deliberately delaying communication until our departure date when they knew they would be able to run away. They did - they have never responded. Staying at Grundy's Lane ended up being considerable hassle and has left us with a financial loss of several hundred pounds.

Great location and easy parking. Interior was lovely with good sized sitting room and kitchen diner. Efficient hot water and responsive thermostat Grateful for text from hosts to say could move in 2 hours early.

Porch area was unwelcoming with dirt and cobwebs - plant pots emptied and compost fell out? ( I swept before others arrived) Creaky floorboards and no lock on bathroom door Some cracked and broken floor tiles

Comfortable apartment, friendly, responsive hosts. South facing, sunny balcony with nice views

No freezer (but ice box in fridge was useful) No toilet in the en suite. Cutlery was sparse and wouldn’t have been adequate if 4people had been in our party. The oven could’ve done with a clean.

Nice location, half decent views across the hills and it was a very comfy apartment with everything you need for a pleasant stay .

Only staying for 2 nights 🙂
