Grundy's Lane Apartments

It is a perfect base for a family gathering, well equipped and rooomy

It would have been nice to have space for two cars - but on road parking nearby was ok.

Roomy, nicely fitted out.

Location was easy to find - parking was good but we had 4 cars and only 2 parking spaces, we managed to pull in down the road with the other cars. We had two apartments one above was smaller two bedrooms and below had three. Lounges and kitchens were spacious and well equipped. Beds were comfy. Balcony was nice in upstairs apartment. Great spot for three counties show ground only about 5-10 minutes away in car.

Smaller bedroom upstairs had very creaky floor and we could have done with more than one toilet. Had a problem with the key on first day in the downstairs apartment. The door wouldn’t lock from the outside so we had to use the patio door key to come in and out but we let the hosts know.

It is very spacious and clean

Location was fine. Spacious apartment. Good TV. Good sized main bathroom.

Tight parking space. Difficulty opening skylight windows x 3. En-suite didn’t have a toilet. Blinds in bedroom 2 permanently covering skylights made bedroom quite dark. Porch area outside front door was unwelcoming (needed a clean and flowers in the pots).

Great inside and outside space in a fantastic location for the Show Grounds.
