Great central location. Stefano, the host, has been wonderful and helpful. The building and the room are beautiful and tasteful. The room is very clean, and the bed is very comfortable. We love it so much, and will definitely stay for our next visit!

Tudo impecável! Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo Steffano, que nos encontrou no estacionamento indicado e nos acompanhou até a acomodação. Extremamente atencioso, ele ainda nos forneceu um mapa com dicas das principais atrações e ótimos restaurantes da região. A localização também é excelente: há diversas opções para jantar próximas à hospedagem, especialmente à noite, quando a cidade fica mais tranquila. O quarto era amplo, confortável e muito bem cuidado, além de contar com um chuveiro maravilhoso. Tem uma cozinha completa compartilhada, onde tivemos acesso à chás, café e lanchinhos. Experiência excelente, recomendamos sem dúvida!

Camera silenziosa , direttamente tra le mura del borgo , giardino pubblico a pochi passi , molto comodo per chi ha il cane , doccia maxi , ottima impressione sul giovane gestore/proprietario.

Le scale sono un po' strette , trattandosi di un edificio storico sono venute così , comunque ci sono i corrimano .

It can be a bit humid inside but it s because of the building being historic.

Chambre agréable dans la vieille ville. Proche des commerces et des parkings. Personnel sympathique et arrangeant. Bonne literie. Merci pour le petit geste pour un apéritif !

The boutique hotel is super clean and well decorated, along the cozy street. The location is fabulous, right at the center of San Gimignano old town, with public parking P3 and P4 well indicated, about 10 mins' walk from the property. There are quite a few classy restaurants along the main street, which makes our stay enjoyable.

As it has been continuously raining days in mid-May when we arrived, the weather is humid. But the bedding in the room has already taken summer style (with only one bed sheet and decorative bed cover), meaning that there is no quilt no blanket provided to beat the coldness/humidity from the unexpected wet/windy weather. No easy way to fall asleep, we had to save the shower towels to keep ourselves warm. The air conditioning may not work as one understands (taking long time to warm up the room).

Very friendly host. A complementary drink in a nearby restaurant that we haven’t used. But it shows the friendly atmosphere. Great location.
