La souplesse de l’hôte pour mon arrivée, la carte de bienvenue qui permet d’aller déguster un verre de vin avec quelques produits locaux dans une boutique partenaire très accueillante, la bouteille d’eau mise à disposition, l’emplacement, la chambre très spacieuse et lumineuse.

Il manque très franchement des ustensiles de cuisson ( poêle, casserole) dans la cuisine commune. Comment utiliser la gazinière sans cela ? La chambre donne sur une route un passante.

L'accoglienza e l'attenzione agli ospiti di Stefano è decisamente impeccabile. Nonostante la struttura non offra il servizio colazione, nella cucina comune sono comunque a disposizione tè, caffè e prodotti per la colazione "fai da te". Cosa assolutamente apprezzata! Quando tornerò a San Gimignano, non ho dubbi su quale sarà la struttura di riferimento. Consigliatissimo!

Hartje San Gimignano werden we ontvangen door een ontzettend aardige gast die ons meteen wegwijs maakte en ook nog een paar cadeautjes voor ons in petto had.

Slechts 1 ding. Als he een slechte slaper bent, zoals mijn vrouw vraag dan een kamer aan de achterkant.

Stefano was very kind and helpful. The room was so beautifully arranged, with all those small details. I felt at home. It was very clean, everything was near by. There was a coffee machine and sweet snacks in the kitchen which could be used by everybody. I could reach Stefano anytime via WhatsApp. I was traveling alone and felt save all the time.

On Saturday night people were loud until 1:30am in the restaurant below my window. But Sunday night it was really quiet.
