Nos encantó el lugar, muy acogedor.

No me gustó el servicios que brindaba el personal, no están preparados para lidiar con personas. Ejemplo, la chicha se mostraba muy brusca en el trato, no nos gustó su manejo en lo absoluto, en el caso del personal del lobby estaba muy ajeno a sus funsiones, ya que no nos brindó las indicaciones de lugar, no tenía sentido de urgencia, ni buen servicio.

Building not climate controlled, no AC in living room/main space of the apartment or bathrooms. The entire apartment reeked of cigarettes and weed when we arrived, had to air it out for 5 hours. Roaches present in the laundry room and half bath. Under-equipped kitchen—-don’t expect salt and pepper, cooking utensils beyond a spatula, paper towels, kitchen towels, or wine glasses. The oven does not heat up hot enough to cook a take and bake pizza—-we tried for 1.5 hours to cook a 10” that should have taken 10 minutes. Bed is a full with a queen headboard, so don’t let the pictures fool you. Communication is subpar/sparse. Our contact person did not reach out to me until the night before our rental at 11:45 PM to ask if we were indeed coming, otherwise threatening to “cancel our reservation” even though we had confirmed weeks before. On the day of our arrival, she did not communicate clearly regarding how to obtain the key until 30 minutes after we arrived. She then reached out on the last day of our day to ask if the owners could deliver a new mattress… On the last day, there were no checkout instructions provided regardless of the fact that we had inquired the previous day. All in all I would recommend to spend the extra $50 a night and stay elsewhere in the Old City.

La ubicación es excelente ! Muy cerca al Malecón y a la zona hotelera de esta parte. Llegas muy rápido a la zona colonial! El apartamento estaba limpio y tiene todo lo necesario!!! Una vista linda y muy bonito. La cama muy cómoda. En el baño todo lo necesario. Es una muy buena opción

Me quedé por 1 noche y el pago lo piden en efectivo. Es importante incluir esta información en la descripción del apartamento porque te toma por sorpresa! Me enteré la noche anterior al viaje y ya no hubo forma. Tocó pagar del efectivo que llevaba. ..otra cosa fué que pedí check out 1 hora mas tarde pero desafortunadamente me dijeron que no. La atención es algo informal.
