Good location not far to Zone Colonial, also the Malecon is nearby you can go by foot, some restaurant, and supermarket not far. The apartment and building are like the picture, quite new and secured. Good if you like independency and privacy.

We liked that the apartment was situated in a place with a secured private parking and was having a lift. The apartment was spacious and close to the city center. And since the blender was not working and I contacted the owner, another working one has been sent to us immediately. The place would deserve more maintanance.

It was our fault that we havent read the double bed is only 130-150cm, so it was not comfortable as we experienced before across DR beds bigger than 180cm. So we unfolded the couch in the living room, however that was making noise that every time you turn around it wakes you up, not speaking about the fridge making noise the whole night. It was not possible to lock the balcony, neither the window, which scares you a bit since you see bars all over other houses in SD. Well from the third floor you only look into a tree and over the parking area roof.

The apartment is very tidy and pleasant. Carolina is a great host, and the location is exceptional.
