The apartment was lovely and clean. Perfect location.

Restaurants and affordable laundry service located downstairs and at the sister building. Walking distance to other restaurants and baht buses going to Na Jomtien and central Pattaya. Close to nightlife and Jomtien bus terminal to the airport was just down the street from the entrance to the condo complex. Fernando was easily reachable and the condo was cleaned every 3 days at no additional charge, There was a deposit that was returned on checkout.

Wifi was actually mifi service which was slower compared to other condos I rented. Made listening to online lectures and webinars and general web surfing difficult. If you have your own data plan or don't need wifi it's not a big deal. The room next door was being renovated but it wasn't all day or most of the day.

Decor and cleanliness

Bed was too hard. Used to a more medium firm mattress.
