Mainly older expats who have an apartment in Pattaya are staying in the compound.

View Talay 1 a is good location for me, next to the airport bus drop off pickup spot and also a nice grocery store. You can easily hop on a baht bus to go down to the beach or in to town. The Jomtien Complex is just down the street with lots of night life. Fernando is super nice and helpful. The studio apt is nice, but basic, very clean and well maintained. Would stay there again.

Not a complaint from me because I like a firm bed, but if a soft bed is a must for you be adviced the bed is very firm. Also the aircon is old, does it's job but a little on the noisy side, but if you need freezing cold at night when you sleep maybe not for you.
