The house itself is not bad, close to the pier on Koh Larn.

The owner left the keys to the room in the hall of the house, but you can’t get there without the keys that are inside) I had to explain myself to the security guard who doesn’t know English. Other owners in this house leave their keys in mailboxes outside. Now about the apartment itself. Inside we faced a huge number of problems: 1) The air conditioner in the hall flows into a bucket carefully left by the owner. It is not possible to use it. 2) The drain in the shower does not work. You can wash no more than once a day. If you live together you will have to wash every other day. 3) There is a sewer smell in the toilet 4) Huge pieces of dust fly around the room 5) On the 3rd day there was an invasion of ants in the room. We didn't leave any food there. We moved out ahead of schedule to another place. I do not recommend this owner's accommodation to anyone. The owner does not care about his home or his guests.

The Pools, the location and it was very clean!

Two viewing areas high up on the roof. 2 pools. A small, but good shop near the entrance of the community. I was using “bolt” app for taxis. Few minutes on a bike taxi to walking street, under 10 mins to LK metro area. The staff were pleasant. A nice resort for all types of travelers. The price for my stay was very good value for money.

I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. It was clean and cozy, and the location was perfect - most things were within walking distance. I especially appreciated the presence of two pools on the complex grounds - it was a great plus for my vacation. The host was always available and willing to help if any questions arose.

However, as with any place, there were some drawbacks. For example, the internet had low speed and occasionally disconnected. For simple internet browsing, it was sufficient, but if you work with heavy files and demanding programs, it may be an issue. It would also be nice to have towel hooks in the bathroom. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay at this apartment. If you need to visit Pattaya, I would highly recommend staying here. If the host improves the internet connection and adds towel hooks, it will make this place even more attractive for living.
