Clean and comfortable, pretty new. The pools in the building were very nice.

The elevators take veeeery long to come. There are 47 floors in the building. And the gym is basic. Apart from that all good.

A bit far from main tourist areas

The condo and apartments are good.

Cleanliness

The internet Wi-Fi was good, access to pool and gym was good, there was no problem with having a guest stay over night. Location was not so good but manageable by short walk to a 10bath taxi route. This was the first place I stayed in Thailand and the over all experience was very good.

I stayed for a month, from reading the add I expected House keeping during that month (frequency unknown), But at least once a week. House keeping was 500 baht each time. It would have been better to know this was an extra cost. The add also said there was a laundry. But the laundry was being renovated no dates or times on the sign.

nice view, and kind of decent place to stay

there's a smell that comes from other apartments flushing the toilet. It would not go away and I called the host to see if he could do something about it. He tried by cleaning the drain, and it helped for about 15 minutes... but when someone flushed the toilet above the smell seeps through the drain. It's not this apartments problem, it's the building. Other than that it's ok to stay. Probably would pick another location if i went back to pattaya
