Good swimming pools and a cafe near the condo.

Long waiting time for the elevator. WiFi is a joke. The owner is passive and does not communicate properly.

Location is good and building provides everything you need

The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable, wifi is ok, the apartment does look exactly like the photos, and if you like having extra security, you've got it... The security guards we met were very kind and helpful. There's nothing else to say about it other than that.

The apartment was not as we had imagined. I am not one to complain, but in this instance I think people better off knowing before they book: It is an apartment complex, so you need to contact the host about any issues, the reception desk in the complex was rude and will not help you. The key was easy enough to get after speaking to the host - the instructions on the booking were wrong and had the wrong numbers on. There was only one key for the apartment, which is fine but if you don't all stick together, there's no way of getting back to the apartment because you need the fob to both enter the building and use the lift (extra security which is fine). It also took an incredibly long time to wait for the lift despite there being 4 of them. The description for this apartment is misleading, the location is terrible, there is not many thai people or european people in the whole area which was sad. It isn't too far from buddha hill, but other than that, there's nothing a quick walk away. The aircon was broken, it worked, but you couldn't set it to fan/oscillate because this was broken in both rooms. The balcony, we couldn't use because it was too hot, the fans from the aircon face the balcony so you're just blasted with hot air. There was not everything as listed in the property description such as cleaning products. We noticed there were a lot of small bugs also that were in apartment in the bathroom but no idea where they had come from. Waste of money as there was no refundable option available when we booked, we spent nearly £200 for a week and only ended up staying for 2 nights before we looked and booked elsewhere. If you are a European traveller, I suggest staying in the North side of Pattaya.

Everything was excellent

A lot of cockroach in the room I think they should get rid of them. It was the only thing that I wasn’t comfortable but a part of that problem, everything was excellent
