Ease of key collection. Parking provided.

Strong chlorine smell in the water. Water pressure is low in shower room. Pillows and mattress desperately needed to change. Lumps of cotton can be felt on the pillows and totally no support. Centre of mattress sank in. Air con is not cold.

"First time staying at these Airbnb types, and MY LAST"

I booked this room for 3D2N, and upon my 2nd day I wanted to leave. There are a lot of faulty issues with this room – some big, most of them small. But when you add it all up it’s frustrating. Alongside an unresponsive agent (Whatsapp only). Our AC was leaking at one point in the morning, and it was right above one of the beds. I reached out to the agent and I kept getting ‘Oh sorry for the inconvenience’ etc. I messaged so many times, called as well. Finally she called me back about an hour after I told her about the issue (including sending photos and videos). She was apologetic, but went defensive and said ‘We didnt receive such complaints and we had guests staying the night before’. WELL TOUGH LUCK ON ME I SUPPOSE. I said you should get someone to come and fix it. I wanted to check out, and told her that I’ll pay for the one night I’ve stayed, but I don’t want to continue staying if it isnt fixed. She gave me the standard ‘Oh we cant do that, cause you already stayed’, ‘I have to check with management’, but she never did get back to me on the status. In the end, we spent most of the time out of the property, cause I was DONE waiting. When we were facing the AC issue, I called into Booking.com to see if anything can be done, but customer service put me on hold for some time, and I wrote in via message since the property couldn’t respond to me in a timely manner. We stayed on for the second night, and couldn’t wait to leave the next day ASAP. But only after I CLEARED MY OWN TRASH, that’s somehow NOT PART OF THE cleaning fee that I am paying them. Prior to checking in, they gave all these details (including me receiving my refund at the day of my check out) and I followed them all. After checking out as per the instructions, they left my Whatsapp messages ‘on read’, and did not acknowledge. The next day, still no deposit money hmm! I had to text them again, THEN ONLY I GOT MY MONEY BACK.

- Stray hairs on the bed, dining chairs, felt like the place wasn’t vacuumed and cleaned properly. And the audacity to still charge a cleaning fee (I know it’s standard practice for these apts but at least give me a CLEAN ROOM). - ⁠Furnishing is barebones, cheapest of the cheap, i.e. the double bed was just two (wooden) structures put together, and then they lay a cheap, thin mattress on top. They said toiletries are provided but it’s just shampoo, and two bottles of shampoo at that. Nothing else. Toilet paper was 1.5 rolls for a family room. - ⁠What’s a Smart TV because clearly our room’s one isn’t working? They have instructions on the table, but it didn’t work either. You can’t even watch normal tv channels so forget about it. - ⁠There are two wifi names in the room, we don’t know why. But we connected to one of it, that showed on the wifi search. But in the mornings (we’re out during the day) and occasionally at night, it would stop working. Spoke to them, they told me to turn it on/off. But not working. - ⁠Kitchen is okay, there are bowls and cups (questionable stains) and cutlery. And a cooking hob (with stains). The kettle is a cheap one, cause you can only boil once, and then let it COOL DOWN like properly cooled down, before boiling another batch. We have a family room (meant for 4 pax), and one boil isn’t enough for drinking water. In fact, it does that thing with cheap plastic kettles where if you want to reboil again soon before it’s cooled off, the kettle’s on/off switch will just bounce back, or keeps on boiling because it doesn’t know when it’s fully boiled. - ⁠There are tiny ants! On the bed! And on the walls near the dining table! ⁠Grey cocoon worms are all over the walls, near our bed. It’s not destructive but kinda gross. - ⁠Bedsheet and pillow sheets are ‘greying’, as though they are super old. - The room faces a parking lot of the neighbouring building. While the windows are huge and you get ventilation, you get carbon monoxide too.

-Location very near to shop and easy access -Huge space

-The bedsheet and pillow case is forever stain -Smelly blanket -Wifi is not working it so nonesense to not double check it before let the next customer check in however got follow up on that but still only came and fix on saturday? While tomorrow is check out already

"Good value for money for short stay"

Location is excellent and well located, close to restaurants and Aeon is close to buy any items be it food or personal products that is forgotten. Very basic to just sleep but for long stay it has to be more comfortably equipped. Management team is very helpful and quick to respond. Gave excellent guidelines to check in, where to park etc. Refunded deposit promptly.

Some repairs and maintenance need to be done constantly so that the next guest will be comfortable with the room. The windows had hand prints, curtain hooks were broken so curtain was hanging loose and the shower was leaking. The towels were no longer white but grey ...sofa or chair to watch tv would have been helpful as only 4 dining chairs were available and not very comfortable when watching tv. If the kettle were of stainless steel instead of plastic it would be heathier.
