"Quiet and pleasant"

Great location, spacious studio, and secured private parking. The unit had a big window facing the pool on the next block. Very quiet and pleasant.

Cleanliness could be improved, and the bed is not very comfortable - the memory foam is too soft and sunk too liberally.
