Beautiful apartment in great location to explore agios nikolaos. 5 minute walk to lake. Washing machine was great to have.

Sofa bed was fine for 2 nights but any longer would benefit from a mattress topper.

We had a very nice stay at Manolis apartment. It is very well located and has everything you need.

Very clean and everything you need to hand

Location was great, only a 10 minute walk to the beach and lots of restaurant/cafe choices. The place had a well equipped kitchen shared with the lounge/dining area which had a small sofa and kitchen table with a few chairs. After that was the large bedroom, very cofy beds. And then the balcony with a mountain view past the rooftops. The balcony had enough room for a table and chairs. The aircon heating worked well - we were there in late April and it got a little chilly in the evening.

The toilet and shower are separate from the apartment. It was private, but you only have 2 metres to step out if the front door to the bathroom door. Not a dislike, just a word for others awareness, there are some steep steps from street level up to the apartment....not something I would want to carry a 20kg suitcase up!!

Perfect location between bus station and city center. One small street up and there's this amazing view of lake and port. This was a full apartment with all amenities, even a washing machine and a small libary. I liked the useful information on the fridge and the maps. Key access was via key box, very easy. Nice strong WiFi.

Bathroom/WC outside with an extra key takes some getting used to. But it's right next door, not a big deal.
