Spacious, value for money and the owner was helpful. Location is vv good and near one of the best tomyam restaurants we’ve ever been.

Air conditioning in master bedroom needs a fix because it is not cold enough.

The host tried to resolve the issue. Walking distance to the beach. Had washing machine to dry off clothes.

1. The room is close by to the beach but the seaview is way too exaggerating as the balcony faces the small shops, and the master bedroom had huge coconut trees covering the view. 2. The sofa was dusty and dirty that we started to feel uncomfortable and itching sitting on it. 3. The TV took forever to get connected to the WiFi, and we did not even use it at all as there was always a setup error. 4. The fans in the room had noises that it disturbs our sleep. Our motive to get a homestay is to have a good rest but we didn’t. When we notified the host, he asked to turn off the fan and use aircond instead. How about people who can’t sleep with aircond? It will be hard for them. Then he provided a small fan to be used instead. 5. The bathroom shower cap was broken. Water sink has no lid to close which is quite dangerous if anyone drop anything into it. The tiles in one of the bathroom were broken for longtime but were not repaired. 6. Overall, we were disappointed as we paid so much but the stay was not satisfying.

The house is fully furnished, full fledged kitchen, laundry. Dedicated parking, beautiful pool, yard for hangout. The location is very nice, close to the beautiful beach that offers many interesting food outlets, activities. Very lively on weekend nights. Also very close to groceries, and more restaurants all within walking distance.

Check in process not very smooth, a bit chaotic because many other patrons also arrived at the same time, each waiting for the respective apartments agents. Our agent was a bit late, even after we've informed of our arrival time.

The unit was so tidy & comfy.

Need to repair tiles in the toilet & dryer are not working.
