😡 Nothing to like there.

Everything. The unit is not as in the pictures. Air conditioner in main bedroom didn't work, fans were so loud you couldn't sleep with them on, the clothes dryer didn't work, the hoist in the laundry was broken so couldn't use it for drying laundry, a dining chair had a screw missing so nearly landed on the floor, couldn't get the TV to work, the dining table looked like it had been dragged across concrete it was so badly scratched. To top it off, it's next door to a mosque so you get woken and disturbed early mornings and evenings with call to prayer by loudspeaker, then in the late evening after prayer fireworks are let off around 10-10.30,pm. The managing agent wasn't interested enough to come to have a look at our complaints but got the security guard then the cleaner to come and have a look. What he expected them to do is anybody's guess 🤦 As a result of this, we advised the agent that we were looking for a hotel and we're moving out on the second morning. I requested a refund for the 3 nights we couldn't stay there for, but was told to contact booking.com which I have done twice now and still have not had a response after a week of contact. I'm very disappointed with the lack of customer support/service from both the managing agent and bookings.com.

The apartment was very clean and well-equipped. The location is good. It was easy to collect the key as the man in charge was waiting for us when we arrived. I would definitely recommend this place. Very nice swimming pool and easy access to the beach. There are good restaurants nearby to have breakfast.

Accommodation review Ask Booking to give you information about when your guests are arriving. Notify resort security of your guests' arrival. Because of us, the security of the resort called countless places, for an hour, until they clarified whose guests we were and where to accommodate us. I had printed out the reservation details on a piece of paper, and that piece of paper passed through many hands, as did my cell phone, until it was determined where we should be accommodated. We stood outside in the heat for a long time. Given that the reservation was made months in advance, this is unacceptable and quite insulting. The address and password for the Internet should be placed in a prominent place in the apartment, and not for me to beg and clarify where they are yet. Since there weren't any anywhere, if I hadn't specifically asked for them to be given to me, I would have spent my stay without Internet. When your guests have traveled for 24 hours to come to your place, you can leave them a bottle or two of mineral water in the fridge and some small snacks. You can leave spices such as salt, pepper. They don't cost much, but they speak of concern and special treatment for guests. When you have guests from Europe and especially from Germany, you should have a coffee machine and a small amount of coffee and tea stocked, cezve as a last resort. We have absolutely nothing. That dark bedding you've chosen might be easier for you to maintain, but it's very unpleasant and off-putting. Your country is wonderful, beautiful and colorful, bring this beauty into your room. Bring in the scent of flowers, place natural flowers or fragrances, and not the first thing your guest inhales is stale air from long-unventilated rooms. Make an extra effort in terms of cleanliness.

When you get up from the toilet, you feel like it will follow you, and there are unglued tiles on the bathroom floor. The wallpaper in the living room is stained in places. The table in the living room has missing paint. If this is intentional and you consider it modern, then my personal opinion is that it is out of sync with the rest of the furniture in the living room. The toilet paper holders are barely holding on and will fall at any moment. You have some sort of laundry drying system in the laundry room, but it's not working. Fix it or throw it away. In many places you have left your unnecessary things for your guests, many of which I can define as trash. The little ants crawling in the sink are crawling everywhere, including the bedroom, and not only are they crawling, they are also biting. Take measures to remove them. Thus, a holiday from a holiday turns into a nightmare. The suggestions for restaurants and food nearby should not be shoved in a drawer, as it was when we arrived, but should be in a prominent place, for example in front of the TV or on the table in the living room. Since your wardrobes are so tall, it is desirable to have something to step on to reach them. I am 172 cm tall and it is impossible for me to reach them. Leaving the bedroom, a person expects to be able to turn on the lights in the living room, unfortunately there are no switches to turn on the lights. There are such only by the front door. One bedroom has two single beds, which implies the accommodation of children. Imagine their horror when they walk into the living room at night and can't turn on the lights. Everything is written with the best feelings and with the goal of helping you be more successful in your business.Last but not least, I will say that I have respect for all religions.

The location and access to the beach. The room is spacious and clean. Well maintained.

Nothing much to complain. We had to go to a different location to pick up the key but it is on our way so not too much trouble.

Is very convenient to have a pool and have access to beach. There are a few decent restaurants around so you don’t have to go far. The double bed is king size and very comfortable and all the rooms have blinds. Both bathrooms have hand wash.

A lot of things were not maintained in the apartment, overall it feels rundown. Things were broken and not repaired, 2 out of 3 remotes for fan and air conditioning were not working properly, the fan can only be turned on low setting or else it makes a really loud noise that honestly quite unbearable. The lines to hang clothes were broken, after communicating with host to get a hanging rack, they said they will get us one but never came back. So we can wash clothes in the apartment but hardly anywhere to hang it dry. We tried using the pool but it seems a bit dirty and we even check with management if the filter is working as the water is very murky. We knew the apartment balcony is facing the mosque after reading the reviews. I don’t find it too bad but my husband couldn’t sleep even with earplugs and the first prayer starts at 6am.
