Like this stay because of cheap and reasonable prices for me. The bed was very comfortable and bathroom also clean.
But Sorry to say that this time stay was bit disappointed. As the Kitchen table top was oily unclean, just like got someone stay yesterday and not clean well. Floor also bit oily.

The building is old. The place is gloomy and dusty. There were small cockroaches. The AC's are not cold. We turned on all AC unit but it was still warm. We were disappointed to find that the place is not exactly as what was describe on other reviews. We had to book another place to stay for the night.

With guard at front. Nearby my intended destination.
Apartment quite old and dusty. May consider for refurbish especially those sofas. Sometimes might felt like insect crawling on my body. Saw small insects on the sofa and bed.

The property is clean. Near to whatever you've heard about Batu Feringgi. From outside the building may looks old but the inside is modern. Don't judge the book by its cover. You can drive to Pantai Esen and enjoy ATV at the beach.
