Necesita arreglos: puertas que cierran mal, ducha vieja y con poca fuerza de agua, accesorios baño rotos (toallero, porta rollo papel higiénico). No estaba limpio.

Skvelá poloha blízko pláže aj centra a prístavu. Pokojná lokalita, v uličke bol hneď market a pekáreň. Skvelý majiteľ, ktorý poradil a pomohol. Veľmi milá a ústretová pani, ktorá chodila upratovať. Výborná voľba ubytovania.

Trochu vlhko v apartmáne na prízemí, ale výrazne to nevadilo.

We were four girls and had an unforgettable vacation. The apartment was wonderful and our host made the experience even better. He made a program for us where and what to visit. Dimitris we thank you!

Very convenient overall, well-designed, and perfectly located up the hill. The cute little balcony was a nice touch. The owner was very helpful and helped us arrange a boat trip to Skopelos with stops at the best beaches.

Close to a beach, all the restaurants, coffee shops etc. Alex, the manager, is cool and attentive, easy to communicate with.

For the 7 nights we stayed, they came to clean it once, and we were told that cleaning would be done every 3 days. Unfortunately this didn’t happen. We threw the garbage a couple times (which wasn’t a big deal of course) and still one cleaning for 7 days was not ok. MAYBE it would have been ok if there were 2 of us, but there were 4 of us. Totally disappointing.

The location is fantastic as well! It's just a short distance from the main town of Skiathos, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. We loved being so close to the beautiful beaches and local restaurants, while still enjoying the quiet, serene atmosphere when we returned to the apartment. One of the highlights was the host's kindness in providing a crib for our toddler and a baby chair for eating, which made our stay much more convenient as a family. The hosts were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay, always ready to offer local recommendations or assist with anything we needed. Their genuine care made the experience even more memorable.

However, there are a couple of things that could be improved. The bathrooms in the penthouse are quite small and felt a bit cramped, which made it less comfortable to use, especially for a longer stay. Additionally, while the apartment itself is charming, the cleanliness wasn’t up to the standard we were expecting. A bit more attention to detail in this area would have made a big difference.
