The view was absolutely amazing

Absolutely nothing

My stay was awful The host never came to meet me or hand over the keys. The elevator was not working. Using the dark, dingy fire escape stairs. Back sliding door would not open on my 3rd night, security had to almost break the lock in order for it to open. At this point, I have had enough and packed my stuff and found alternative accommodation. I had to pay for the alternative accommodation, of course. Liz refused to refund for the next 3 nights. She blocked me on whatsapp and all phone calls. Sent harassing emails and texts. Liz was rude and did not sympathize with the situation at all or even try to help. Horrible experience. I will never book there again and I will never use bookings.com again. They did not assist being the middleman i expected more from them to assist a client. I have used bookings.com many times in my, but I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

It stank, terrible and unreasonable host. Definitely would not recommend.
