Excellent location. Under cover parking under building. Good security and friendly staff. Well-kept premises.

Some maintenance issues, leaking pipes under kitchen sink, broken toilet seat, some electrical sockets not working.

"It was very nice. Clean and good location and overall very pleasant."

We loved the location. Near to nice restaurants and shops. The view of Table Mountain and the sea is a big bonus.

The sliding door of the livingroom did not lock. The windows were not clean.
