Location was pretty

The owner was very involved in my daughter’s every day activities . Very controlling about visitors and in general. The household items like the futon were older and not comfortable . The kitchenette was nice . It was stated that smoking was outside which was complied with 100 percent however upon leaving my daughter was accused of smoking in the rental with no actual evidence . We explained that smoke carries on clothing and she complied with rules. She stated she needed to fumigate … we explained that was for bugs , and febreeze should help . She stated we were argumentative . I reiterated that We are willing to cover any fair and appropriate claim ( small blood stain on comforter ) with proof of damage. She states this would cause problems for us in using booking again So we will see how this unfolds We do not recommend this property

A one bedroom apartment, 2nd floor. Quiet, comfy and the host, Joanne was kind and accommodating. Would return!

This place is located downtown, so you can walk to a lot of cafés and yoga studios. I loved the location! It's cozy and easily accessible. I didn't realise there are stairs to enter the apartment, so good to bear in mind that it's NOT on ground level. I arrived by bicycle and there was a shed where I could store my bicycle. Jo-An the host also very kindly lent me her bicycle when mine had a flat! It's pretty quiet at night except for the occasional siren, and the location is unbeatable, closer than many hotels. I could cycle to the pier in 15 min, and there are many grocery stores nearby. The A/C works well and the apartment is mostly cool during the day. I was looking for a quiet central place to stay while visiting for a wedding. This location was fantastic and the neighbourhood is very cute. Jo An was very accomodating of all my requests including storing my bike and a late check-out. Thank you very much Jo-An!

Would be so great to have curtains in the bedroom - couldn't sleep with the bright light. Would also love to have had a coffee table in the living room.

Wonderfully private location. Close to all venues in downtown St. Pete, yet quiet and peaceful at night.
