"Delightful unique property with a very kind and friendly host."

It was well appointed and just what we needed. We were celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary and we loved the amenities.

There was nothing not to like. I could have used an ironing board, but I believe if I asked for one it would have been provided. There was an iron.

"Charming tree house"

Adorable charming tree house. Wonderful host. I was in St Petersburg visiting my son, who was in the hospital. It was the perfect place for me to stay; peaceful and within walking distance from St Anthony's hospital.

We liked the location initially and the price.

Owner was unresponsive to texts and phone call during arrival window. After unpacking, discovered cockroaches in the walk-in closet and decided we couldn't stay, and departed same evening as arrival of our purchased 4-night stay. Owner accused us of letting cockroaches in and was uncooperative in seeking a refund, only refunding the $100 cleaning fee. We wished someone would have warned us.
