Die Lage ist gut, nicht weit zum Strand, zum Supermarkt und zur Bushaltestelle.

Die Wohnung hat mit Sicherheit bessere Tage erlebt. Vieles ist in einem schlechten Zustand, kaputte Steckdosen, kaputte Schränke, fehlende Schranktür, zerkratztes (Haustier?) Bett, schimmlige Fugen in der Dusche, keine kleinen oder Nachttisch-Lampen. Preisschild an der Kunstpflanze… Mit ein paar Handgriffen könnte die Wohnung um einiges aufgewertet werden.
