The place is located exactly at the center of the village and you have everything on walking distance - restaurants, shops, coffeeshops and more. Hosts are very kind and upon arrival they will send you recommendations for restaurants, beaches and other places to visit nearby. We tried 2 of the restaurants and everything was great. Excellent position in the center of tourist area with nice Seaview

We recently stayed at Eladia Suites in Neos Marmaras and had an amazing experience. The room was not only clean and modern but also offered an excellent view of the sea, making our stay incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. All the necessary facilities were available, ensuring a comfortable stay. The hosts were exceptionally kind and friendly, always willing to share helpful suggestions and tips for exploring the stunning area around Neos Marmaras. Their local insights added great value to our trip. A delightful bonus was the deli located on the ground floor of the building. It was a convenient and delicious option for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and they served excellent coffee. It truly enhanced our overall experience. We look forward to returning in the future :)

Finding a parking spot in Neos Marmaras was a bit challenging in the evenings.

The location was perfect. The cleanliness and decoration of the house is great. Our host was very helpful and sweet. The breakfast at the cafe below was very delicious. When we come again, we will definitely choose this place again.
