The best recommendation for Eladia property. Everything was perfect, from handwritten welcoming notes and attention to detail when styling the suite to cleanliness and hospitality. Location is the best in Neos Marmaras, will definitely come back :)

Everything was great, but a bit more space for wardrobe storage would be useful

We enjoyed our stay in one of the beautiful rooms upstairs. The interior design was amazing and we also took advantage of the breakfast bar downstairs. Great food, affordable prices and outstanding service. We highly recommend this place and will be coming back .

Room was excellent, location even better. Room was cleaned every 2 days. Food in the Eladia Deli downstairs was superb. Many tanks to the host.

Only drawback was the long stairwell which was difficult with large suitcases.

This was a lovely apartment, clean, comfortable, and quiet even though in the centre of Neos Marmaras. In 10 /15 minutes walk you can be at the beach. The owner Nicholas was a great guy and gave us lots of good recommendations for local beaches and places to eat. They also own the cafe downstairs, run by the wonderful Anna and team, where you can get a great breakfast, lunch (the pancakes were wonderful) or you can enjoy a glass of greek wine or beer. Lovely people and we really enjoyed our stay there.

The coziness, cleanness. The hosts thought about the small details, even about the shower gel and shampoo brand…. The hosts helped us in every possible way - have us extra blankets when it was cold, or helped us when we lost our phone in the taxi. The host also provides us with the list of best places to eat and best beaches! that was really cute and helpful.
