You should remove this property or this owner from your platform. I have been using booking.com for years. If you do not remove this owner and all his property, I will stop using booking.com.

1. Hidden fees of RM40+ cleaning etc. I felt cheated. 2. The carpark is stuffy , no aircirculation , smell mouldy , quiet and unsafe. 3. The bed is too soft. Make my back aching. 4. The person passing the key to me is a foreigner. Not sure is he legal or illegal. And is not friendly.

The address of this hotel is incorrect and not the actual location of the property at all. The places listed in the hotel name, “The Curve” and “1 Utama,” are also not where the hotel is located. The location marked on the map on booking.com is wrong as well. Booking a room at this hotel will only leave you unable to find a place to stay. Even after contacting customer service, you still cannot get the correct address. Do not book this hotel under any circumstances. It’s also unclear why the platform allows a hotel to provide false address information. This was a terrible experience. 這間飯店的地址是錯誤的，完全不是該飯店所在的位置，飯店名稱上面寫的"The curve"、"1 Utama"也不是該飯店的所在位置，在booking.com的地圖上標記的位置也是錯誤的，訂購這間飯店的房間只會讓你找不到地方住而已，聯繫客服人員也拿不到正確的地址，千萬不要訂購這間飯店，甚至也不知道為什麼平台可以接受一間飯店提供錯誤的地址，太糟糕的體驗了。

Only the basic room structure was okay, but overall experience was disappointed.

This property has very misleading location information. It is advertised as being near 1 Utama, but in reality it is around 4.5 km away. Even the host dont know how far the 1 Utama is, he said it is 8-10 km away from their location (when i reached KL) and it was actually 4.5km I booked it specifically for proximity, and ended up spending extra on taxi every day, which was very inconvenient. Despite providing card details on Booking.com for a confirmed booking, the host still demanded advance payment and said the room availability was not guaranteed, which is not acceptable. Late check-in experience was poor as there was no proper staff available to assist, causing unnecessary delays at night. Basic facilities were also not maintained properly — no drinking water was provided, the toilet flush shower was broken, and the bathroom exhaust fan was not working. Due to this, the bathroom would fill with steam after a hot shower. Overall, multiple small issues combined made the stay uncomfortable.
