Nikodimos Garden Studios

I can say that this was the best accommodation we've been to. Since the beginning we've felt like at home. Our flight was delayed and we've arrived late, but Sofia and her family still welcomed us with smile. The room was clean and we've had everything we needed for our comfort. The part we liked the most was definitely the beautiful garden with comfy garden furniture and the cats that were accompanying us through our stay. The apartment is located in a very quiet area and there are services as the restaurant, some bars and groceries nearby (within 7-8 minutes of walk). The beach is also close, only 5 minutes of walking from the apartment. We've also visited the main beach in the town of Agios Georgios, which was some 30 minutes away by foot, along with the centre of the town. On the last night, we've experienced a power outage caused by a huge thunderstorm and Sofia immediately provided us with oil lamps and offered us anything we needed.

Richtig schönes Apartment und ein sehr schönes Gemeinschaftsgarten. Sehr nette Eigentümer, die sich viel Mühe geben.

Určitě můžu doporučit, všechno bylo skvělé. Dokonce pro nás paní přijela zadarmo když nám ujel poslední bus, což by podle mě žádný jiný ubytovatel neudelal. K zapůjčení jsou slunečníky, chladicí boxy, věci pro děti k moři apod. Na ubytovani je toastovač, krabičky na svačiny, čaje, káva, sul a pepř, šampon, sprchový gel, vatove tamponky a spoustu dalšího. Za mě plně vybaveno, nechybělo nám nic. Ubytovatelé jsou milí a vstřícní, uměli dobře anglicky-nebyl problém se domluvit. Naši sousedi byli taky super a nic nás nerušilo, zahrada byla většinu času úplně prázdná a jen pro nás. Postel velmi pohodlná a ve skříni spousta věšáků na oblečení.

This place is spotless! Sofia and her family do an incredible job in keeping these three lovely studios clean and thriving. The studios are unbelievably well equipped (sandwich maker, kitchen utensils, anti mosquito equipment, beach stuff etc). It is really amazing with the beautiful garden and the quiet seating areas.

The accommodation is a family-run business. The place itself is welcoming, comfortable, and very quiet. Whatever you need, the hosts are ready to help you. We felt really good here. Thank you for this summer! See you soon!

It was our second time in the studios and we were very satisfied. The owners are very nice and they take really good care of the house. Everything was great, it was very clean, we had everything we needed. There is a lot of equipment for the beach, also for kids. The garden is beautiful and the location is quiet yet very close to the beach and restaurants.

We liked everything. The property is green and very well maintained, the house is very clean and smells fresh. The hosts go the extra mile for me, more than other hosts do. And that makes the difference for me. For example, Sofia took the time to give us local recommendations. She provided sunscreen, umbrellas and towels as well as other utensils that can be used on the beach. This is more than you can expect. Thank you.
