Sophia is very kind host who thinks about everything. The garden is beautiful. There was everything one should need. We appreciate laundry service. The best accomodation we have ever had in Greece.

Spacious room, super clean and comfortable. Everything has been thought so guests can just relax and enjoy their stay : umbrella & towel to go to the beach, anti mosquito spray, fresh water upon arrival... The garden is lovely. I had the best stay!

We had a wonderful stay. The family who runs the place were so nice, helpful, sweet, and always up for a friendly chat. The property was spotless, with a beautiful garden, and our private terrace was perfect to just relax and enjoy ourselves. They also provided everything we needed for the beach — umbrellas, games, and swimming floats — all for free. Couldn’t have asked for more!

Nikodimos Garden Studios offers everything you need for a pleasant seaside holiday. The room was clean and comfortable, with beds that were a bit soft for my personal taste, but still cozy. The private bathroom and shower were spotless and came with fresh towels and basic toiletries. A small kitchenette was also available, equipped with a fridge, electric kettle, and stovetop. To our surprise, even sunscreen and mosquito repellent were thoughtfully provided, which was a really nice touch. Our room had a lovely little terrace with a sunbed, table, and chairs, ideal for relaxing. The view was either of the beautiful shared garden or, as in our case, this cozy private outdoor space enhanced by charming evening lighting that added to the summer atmosphere. The owners (Sofia and Nikodimos) were absolutely wonderful — incredibly kind and welcoming. Upon arrival, they greeted us with cold water, provided a free beach umbrella and towels, and gave us helpful tips about nearby beaches and dining options. Truly a warm and memorable stay. Highly recommended!

The welcome was unlike anywhere else in Corfu – friendly hosts, sharing tips on how to relax both on-site and in the surrounding area, and the atmosphere of the accommodation was excellent. Since we also traveled around the northern part of Corfu, this accommodation provided a contrast – peace, quiet, and the enjoyment of the atmosphere.

You should always keep in mind to use the mosquito protection equipment. Everything you need is available on site. But it’s not a big downside that would disturb your relaxation.

The peaceful and quiet location which had a beautiful garden with lovely sun loungers and seating to fully enjoy the sunny surroundings!

One of the friendliest guest houses I have stayed at in Greece over the past 40 years. The gardens are delightful and a perfect place to relax and a convenient base to explore the inland and coastal trails.

Family owned, super friendly, everything you need available on site. We even got two apartments at the price of one because the apartment with two single beds wasn't available at that precise moment. Close to the sea, restaurants and supermarkets. Extremely quiet but not remote at all.

very well-furnished studio, with a nice garden, beautiful to eat there at lunch or dinner. Really kind staff, they provide you with all you need from sun cream to games such as rackets to bring to the beach.
