"A great location & good space, some of the house are a bit run down."

Location

Bathroom could do with an uplift, particularly the shower. Sliding doors don’t shut securely. Flyscreens need repairing. Back garden needs plants.

Easy access, spacious, clean

Dated, hard to open and close doors, dbed moves too easily (was dangerous for older people), shower got everything wet and created slippery floor (very hazardous)
