Emplacement très agréable avec une belle terrasse, l'appartement est confortable et bien équipé. Nous avons eu un cadeau de bienvenue très attentionné et avons pu faire le check in avant l'heure autorisée. Nous avons adoré notre séjour à la Graciosa

Velmi ochotný personál. I ve večerních hodinách byli připravení vyřešit jakoukoliv situaci. Apartmán byl čistý, dobře vybavený.

Ani v jedné ložnici nebyla manželská postel. Přes dveře šla slyšet sousedovic televize až do 11 večer, jako by hrála přímo v našem pokoji. V kuchyni chybělo prkénko na krájení. Na umyvadle žádné mýdlo na ruce.
