Se nos perdió la llave y las chicas de la limpieza nos llevaron una copia sin problema, muy amables. El salón y los sillones muy cómodos En calima 3 había 2 baños, uno ensuite, lo que mejora la comodidad si van 2 parejas Primer piso y cerca del pueblo Si abrías ventanas, corría fresquito porque hacía mucho calor

Tuvimos que llamar para que nos trajeran la cuna del niño que me habían comentado que estaría en el apartamento pero no estaba, la trajeron por la tarde y nos costó bastante abrirlo, olía un poco a cerrado… el niño finalmente durmió con nosotros porque la colchoneta y el fondo del parque se hundía, recomiendo poner otro de mejor calidad u ofrecer sábanas para el sillón, se podría quedar otra persona en él perfectamente Como sugerencia, pondría mosquiteras en todas las ventanas, tenía miedo que me entrara algún bichito pero la verdad que dormimos todas las noches con las ventanas abiertas y no entró nada… pero creo que unas mosquiteras en las ventanas serían maravillosas.

Ruidos de los apartamentos inferiores que no está bien insonorizado y falta de productos básicos.

Loved the location plus wrap around balcony. Very clean. Bed was really comfortable.

Could do with some instructions for cooker hob and there was no bottle opener or basin for pots-- these were only minor niggles....

It is a comfortable apartment in a quiet part of the town. The private terrace is excellent for sunbathing or eating outdoors. There are views of the cliffs across the straights and the volcanoes inland. It is an excellent base for lots of extended walks and climbs to the summits of the volcanoes. It is convenient for the two island supermarkets and the ferry terminal.

There is a temporary builders storage yard alongside the property. Not particularly noisy apart from when a vehicle arrives to remove materials. The building opposite is having work done to add a story. A cement mixer was runiing every morning and builders were present. Both of these may be only temporary. The new build does block some of the view towards the sea and may overlook the terrace when completed.

Very bad kitchen equipment: broken scissors: broken wineglass, blunt cheap kitchen knives, only one breakfast bowl, no coffee, no tea, no salt,no pepper: come on guys! This is the hospitality business: basics are basics… get these things in order!!!
